I agree to the following terms and conditions applicable to all services rendered under the Premium Services ("Premium Services") Program on behalf of
("Company")
I designate the following individuals (maximum 3) who are officers or managerial level employees as authorized to access the below described Premium Services on behalf of the company ("Authorized Individuals"). I will notify you in writing if I wish to change the designation of one or more authorized individuals.
I agree that my Company will remain a TechServe Alliance member in good standing including timely payment of all applicable dues. If the Company should allow its membership in TechServe Alliance to lapse, I understand the Company will lose all access to these premium services without an entitlement to a refund. I understand that all fees are immediately deemed earned upon receipt.

Upon payment of the applicable fee from my Company's revenue category, the Authorized Individuals in the Company will have access during your membership term ("Term of Service") and any subsequent renewal terms (upon payment of the applicable fees then in effect) to the following Premium Services:
Contracts - Support in Negotiation of:
• Employee Contracts
• Independent Contractor Agreements
• Client Contracts
• Supplier Contracts
• Consultant Tenure Restrictions

Human Resources Support:
• Employee vs Independent Contractor
• Wage/hour classification of personnel: Account Executives, Recruiters and Consultants
• EEO: Title VII
• Americans with Disabilities Act
• Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)
• Co-employment
